We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced HVAC Service Technician to join our team at Graham Heating and Air Conditioning. In this role, you will be responsible for performing a wide range of HVAC services, including diagnosis, repair, installation, and maintenance of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. You will also be responsible for identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and performance of HVAC systems while providing exceptional customer service.

As an HVAC Service Technician, you will be expected to possess strong technical expertise and a thorough understanding of HVAC systems. Additionally, you should have strong communication skills, a detail-oriented approach to work, and excellent problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities:
- Perform installation, maintenance, diagnosis, and repair of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems
- Utilize technical knowledge to identify opportunities for improved performance and efficiency
- Ensure all work is completed accurately, on time, and within budget
- Communicate with customers to explain service options and provide recommendations
- Maintain all necessary tools and equipment
- Attend regular training to stay up-to-date on the latest industry trends and best practices

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid HVAC certification required
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in HVAC service
- Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and work in various weather conditions
