Receptionist, Scranton Skilled Nursing (Part time, EOW)

ALLIED SERVICES is currently seeking a skilled and motivated individual for the position of Receptionist, Scranton Skilled Nursing (Part time, EOW). As a receptionist, you will be responsible for operating a console telephone switchboard, providing excellent customer service to visitors and residents, and performing various administrative duties. This position is part-time and located in Scranton, PA.

Responsibilities:

- Operate a console telephone switchboard using specified procedures

- Greet and provide direction to visitors and residents, ensuring excellent customer service

- Ascertain the needs of visitors and residents and provide appropriate assistance

- Perform administrative duties as assigned

- Implement assigned duties in a manner that meets the age-specific needs of the residents served

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent experience preferred

- Experience working with the public is preferred

- Must be cleared by PA State Police criminal history check

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Strong interpersonal skills for effective interaction with associates and the general public

- Working knowledge of personal computer preferred

- Punctual, thorough, dependable, and organized
