Shifts:

6a-2p - Full-Time
6a-6p - Full-Time & Part-Time

As a Care Partner, you will:

Administer medications to patients according to prescribed dosages and schedules
Monitor patients for any adverse reactions or side effects from medications
Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure coordinated and comprehensive patient care
Provide emotional support and comfort to patients and their families
Assist nurses and other staff as needed
Administer quality customer care so that we may help our residents live lives to their fullest

We require our Care Partners to:

Be CNA certified and registered in the state of Nebraska (76-hour training program)
Be Med Aide certified and registered in the state of Nebraska
Able to fluently read, write, speak and understand English
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
Arrive on time for shifts and work as scheduled
