Job Description: HVAC Installer
Molo Plumbing and Heating, a company that has been providing superior customer service, craftsmanship, and honest hourly wages since 1898, is seeking a skilled HVAC Installer to join our team.
We are looking for reliable candidates that are passionate about providing exceptional service to our valued customers. As an HVAC Installer, you will be responsible for installing and maintaining heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems in residential and commercial settings.
Responsibilities Include:
-Installing HVAC equipment, ductwork, and piping
-Maintaining and repairing existing systems
-Performing routine maintenance on systems to ensure optimal performance and longevity
-Diagnosing and repairing HVAC system problems
-Keeping accurate records of work performed and parts used
-Ensuring customer satisfaction through high-quality workmanship and professionalism
Requirements:
-3+ years of experience in HVAC installation and maintenance
-Knowledge of local and national HVAC codes and regulations
-Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics
-Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
-Availability to work weekends and holidays (as needed)
-Ability to lift heavy equipment (50+ lbs)
