- Continuously update your knowledge of industry best practices, new technology, and regulations, staying up to date with the latest advances and techniques.
The ideal candidate for this position will have:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience as a HVAC Service Technician, with a strong commitment to quality, safety, and efficiency.
- A proven track record of excellence in installation, maintenance, diagnosis, and repair of a wide variety of HVAC systems.
- Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills, with the ability to work closely with customers to identify their needs, provide accurate estimates, and deliver ideal solutions.
- Relevant certifications and a strong knowledge of HVAC industry standards, regulations, and best practices.
- A willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings as needed, to ensure availability during times of customer demand.
