Job Description: HVAC Service Technician
Allen's Heating and Cooling, Inc. is a leading provider of HVAC services in the Dublin, Georgia area. We are currently seeking a highly skilled HVAC Service Technician to join our team.
As an HVAC Service Technician, you will be responsible for installing and maintaining HVAC equipment such as air conditioners, furnaces, and ventilation systems. You will be the face of our company, interacting with customers on a daily basis and providing exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
- Diagnosing and repairing HVAC equipment
- Installing and configuring HVAC equipment
- Providing regular maintenance to HVAC equipment
- Maintaining accurate records of all work done
- Communicating with customers regarding equipment issues and solutions
- Acquiring and maintaining knowledge of industry advancements and standards
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience as an HVAC Service Technician
- Experience with HVAC equipment installation, repair, and maintenance
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Strong customer service skills
- Detail-oriented and organized
