We are seeking a talented and motivated HVAC Installer to join our team in Princeton, Illinois. As an HVAC Installer, you will play a crucial role in the installation of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems, ensuring optimal performance and customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional service and adhering to industry standards while working independently or as part of a team.
Responsibilities:
- Safely and efficiently install HVAC systems according to specifications, codes, and regulations
- Collaborate with our knowledgeable team to plan and execute installations, ensuring alignment with project requirements
- Conduct pre-installation inspections to identify potential issues or necessary upgrades
- Select appropriate tools, equipment, and materials to complete installation tasks effectively
- Accurately interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
- Install air ducts, refrigerant lines, electrical wiring, and other HVAC components with precision and attention to detail
- Test installed systems to verify proper functionality
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing any questions or concerns and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety guidelines and procedures
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an HVAC Installer or similar role
- Excellent knowledge of HVAC systems, equipment, and components
- Strong mechanical and technical skills to handle installation tasks efficiently
- Familiarity with relevant codes, regulations, and safety guidelines
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
- Solid problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Physical ability to lift heavy equipment and work in various weather conditions
- HVAC certification or relevant trade school education is preferred
