CNA- Certified Nursing Assistant

Aicota Health Care Center is seeking a skilled and compassionate individual to join our team as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA).

Job Responsibilities:

In this role, you will provide direct care to our residents under the supervision of a licensed nurse. Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Monitoring and reporting changes in residents' condition to the nursing staff
• Assisting with medication administration and documenting effects
• Providing emotional support and companionship to residents
• Ensuring a clean and safe environment for residents

Required Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you must meet the following requirements:

• Valid Certified Nursing Assistant certification
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Compassionate and patient demeanor

Preferred Qualifications:

The following qualifications are preferred, but not required:

• Prior experience in a long-term care or healthcare setting
• Additional certifications or specialized training
