Job Description: HVAC Installer at Yates HTG & A/C
Yates HTG & A/C, a leading company in the heating, ventilation and air conditioning industry, is seeking a skilled HVAC Installer to join our team in Russellville, Arkansas. As an HVAC Installer, you will play a critical role in our company by installing various types of HVAC systems and ensuring their proper functioning.
Responsibilities:
• Install HVAC systems, including ductwork, piping, wiring, and other components
• Inspect and test systems to ensure proper functioning and troubleshoot any issues that may arise
• Collaborate with other team members to coordinate installations and ensure timely completion of projects
• Maintain accurate records of installations and services
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment
• Provide outstanding customer service by answering questions and explaining system functionality to customers
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in HVAC installations
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Knowledge of HVAC systems and their components
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Physical ability to lift heavy equipment and work in tight spaces
