Responsibilities:
- Install, repair, and maintain HVAC systems
- Perform quality assurance checks to ensure systems meet safety and performance standards
- Troubleshoot and diagnose problems with HVAC systems
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure projects are completed on time and to customer satisfaction
- Communicate effectively with customers to answer questions and provide recommendations
- Maintain accurate records of work performed, including invoices and maintenance logs
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of experience in HVAC installation and maintenance
- Knowledge of HVAC systems and components
- Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams and manuals
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
