Job Overview
We are currently seeking a Sales Associate to join our team at Hampton Oaks Health Campus. As a Sales Associate, you will play a vital role in assisting our sales team in attracting and engaging potential residents and their families. You will have the opportunity to showcase our community and services, ensuring that prospective residents receive the information they need to make an informed decision.
Responsibilities
As a Sales Associate at Hampton Oaks Health Campus, your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting the sales director in implementing marketing strategies to attract potential residents
- Conducting tours of our community for prospective residents and their families
- Building and maintaining relationships with potential residents and their families
- Providing accurate and detailed information about our community and services
- Assisting in the planning and execution of marketing events and activities
- Following up with potential residents to answer any additional questions and address concerns
Qualifications
To be successful as a Sales Associate at Hampton Oaks Health Campus, you should possess the following qualifications:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities
- Familiarity with sales and marketing techniques is preferred
- Passion for working with seniors and their families
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
