Position: Part-Time Front Desk Receptionist

We are currently seeking a reliable and friendly Part-Time Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and administrative support to our residents, visitors, and staff.

Responsibilities:

• Greet, direct, and assist visitors in a courteous and professional manner
• Answer incoming telephone calls and route them promptly and accurately
• Handle inquiries, provide information, and maintain a positive and helpful attitude
• Perform general administrative tasks, such as filing, copying, and data entry
• Assist with scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars
• Ensure the reception area is clean, tidy, and presentable

Requirements:

• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong team-building skills
• Previous experience in a clerical/office role is preferred
• Ability to pass all background checks, including criminal and drug testing

Schedule and Compensation:

This is a part-time position, with weekday shifts from 4pm to 8pm and every other weekend from 10am to 6pm. The hourly pay range for this role is $9.75 - $15.24. The estimated salary is $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
