Job Description: HVAC Installer
We are seeking a highly skilled HVAC Installer to join our team at Rogue Valley Heating & Air. As a family-run company with over 30 years of experience in Palm Beach and Broward County, we take pride in providing exceptional air conditioning and pool heating services to our residential and commercial clients.
As an HVAC Installer, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. You will work closely with our team to ensure that our clients receive top-quality service and their systems are functioning optimally.
Responsibilities:
- Install HVAC systems according to specifications and local building codes
- Test systems to ensure they are functioning properly
- Repair and maintain existing HVAC systems
- Troubleshoot issues and recommend solutions
- Communicate with clients about repairs or replacements needed
- Adhere to safety standards and guidelines
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Keep up-to-date with industry advancements and trends
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- HVAC certification or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of experience in HVAC installation and repair
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics
- Proficient in the use of hand and power tools
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver's license
