Job Description: HVAC Service Technician
Cotes Mechanical is a trusted provider of HVAC services in the Sanger, Texas area. We are currently seeking a skilled HVAC Service Technician to join our growing team. As an HVAC Service Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining HVAC systems for our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Install, inspect, maintain, and repair HVAC systems including air conditioning units, furnaces, boilers, heat pumps, and ventilation equipment
- Conduct performance tests to ensure system efficiency and effectiveness
- Diagnose problems and provide solutions for system malfunctions
- Educate clients on proper maintenance and care for their HVAC systems
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and parts used
- Continuously improve your technical skills and knowledge of new technologies in the industry
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Completion of HVAC training or apprenticeship program
- EPA certification
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Flexibility to work weekends or on-call as needed
