Job Description: HVAC Service Technician
Jack Lehr Heating Cooling & Electric is looking for a skilled HVAC Service Technician to join our team in Allentown, Pennsylvania. As an HVAC Service Technician, you'll have the opportunity to work with a company that values its employees and customers while providing top-notch heating and cooling solutions. We need someone who will be able to quickly and effectively diagnose and repair issues with HVAC units, as well as educate our customers about best practices for maintaining their systems.
Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and repair HVAC units for both residential and commercial customers
- Install new systems and components as needed
- Perform routine maintenance on HVAC units
- Ensure customer satisfaction by answering questions and providing education about HVAC systems
- Stay up-to-date on industry developments and new technologies
- Collaborate with team members to ensure all work is completed effectively and efficiently
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least two years of experience as an HVAC Service Technician
- Solid understanding of HVAC systems and components
- Valid driver's license and reliable mode of transportation
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to work flexible hours when necessary
