Abbey Senior Health is a well-established assisted living facility located in O'Fallon, MO. We are committed to providing high-quality care and support to our residents. We are currently seeking a professional ADON/Staff Development Director to join our team.

Job Description

We are looking for a caring and dedicated ADON/Staff Development Director with a valid LPN or RN license and knowledge of practices, procedures, and regulations governing Long Term Care facilities. In this role, you will ensure that quality nursing care is provided to each resident in accordance with federal, state, and local regulations.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise personnel providing nursing care
  • Develop and implement a program of in-service education for nursing personnel
  • Assist in the hiring process for nursing staff
  • Conduct regular rounds to observe operations and ensure quality care
  • Perform other related duties as directed by the Executive Director

Requirements

  • LPN or RN license
  • Knowledge of practices, procedures, and regulations governing Long Term Care facilities
  • Background Screening and registration with Family Care Safety
