At Whetstone Valley Electric Co Op, we are committed to providing top-notch service to our customers. We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced HVAC Installer to join our team in Milbank, South Dakota.
As our HVAC Installer, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining and repairing HVAC systems for residential and commercial customers. You will work closely with our clients to ensure their heating and cooling systems are functioning efficiently and effectively. You will also be responsible for ensuring that all work meets industry standards and safety regulations.
Responsibilities:
-Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems for residential and commercial customers
-Perform diagnostics, troubleshoot systems, and provide solutions to customers
-Ensure all work meets industry standards and safety regulations
-Proactively communicate with customers and internal team members
-Work independently or as part of a team to complete installations and projects
-Complete all necessary paperwork and documentation accurately and in a timely manner
Requirements:
-Proven experience as an HVAC Installer or similar role
-Knowledge of HVAC systems and their installation and maintenance procedures
-Excellent communication and customer service skills
-Ability to work independently or as part of a team
-Physical ability to work in various environments and lift up to 50 pounds
-Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
-Ability to be on-call as needed
