HVAC Service Technician

We are a leading heating and air conditioning company in Leonardtown, Maryland searching for an experienced and skilled HVAC Service Technician to join our team. As an HVAC Service Technician, you will provide maintenance, repair, and installation services for heating and cooling systems, both residential and commercial.

Responsibilities:

- Perform regular maintenance of HVAC systems to ensure reliable and efficient operation
- Diagnose and troubleshoot system malfunctions and malfunctions of components
- Repair or replace defective parts or components in HVAC systems
- Install new HVAC systems, including necessary electrical and plumbing work
- Educate customers on proper maintenance practices to ensure longevity of their systems
- Respond to emergency service calls in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain accurate records of all maintenance, repairs, and installations performed

Requirements:

- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Minimum of 3 years experience in HVAC service or related field
- EPA certification required
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and components
- Ability to read schematics and blueprints
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
