This is a placement contract between you and the employer. If the employer hires a candidate you submit, you'll be paid the contract amount.

The payments begin when the candidate starts and are disbursed over time. The contract terms are:

Market price: $3,700 USDEst.

Payment schedule: Paid monthly over 12 months

We are seeking a reliable and experienced HVAC Service Technician to join our team at Jim and Dudes Plumbing and Heating. As an HVAC Service Technician, you will perform installation, repair and maintenance work on heating, ventilation, and cooling systems for commercial and residential clients.

Responsibilities:
- Install new heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems
- Diagnose and repair HVAC equipment including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, boilers, and other heating and cooling equipment
- Provide scheduled maintenance services to HVAC systems including cleaning, lubricating and adjusting parts, and checking refrigerant levels
- Troubleshoot, diagnose and repair electric, gas and oil-fired residential and commercial HVAC equipment
- Interact with customers in a professional, courteous manner, providing them with solutions to their HVAC problems and providing estimates for repair and replacement work
- Adhere to all safety policies and procedures

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in HVAC service work
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems including installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Must hold a valid driver’s license
- EPA certification
- NATE certification a plus
