As our HVAC Installer, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems for residential and commercial properties. You will work closely with our team to ensure quality and timely installations, and that our customers are satisfied with our services.
Responsibilities:
- Install, repair, and maintain HVAC systems and components such as furnaces, air conditioners, and ventilation systems
- Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with HVAC systems and recommend necessary repairs or replacements
- Provide excellent customer service by maintaining a professional demeanor and resolving customer concerns or complaints
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure projects are completed efficiently and according to schedule
- Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations during installations and repairs
- Document all work performed and ensure accurate reporting
- Stay up-to-date on industry advancements and changes in technology
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical education in HVAC systems strongly preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in HVAC installation, maintenance, and repair
- Knowledge of HVAC systems, components, and installation procedures
- Ability to read and understand blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
- Customer service skills and ability to communicate complex information to customers
- Physically able to lift moderate weight and perform HVAC installations or repairs in various settings and weather conditions
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to and from job sites
