Responsibilities:
1. Conduct thorough inspections and troubleshoot HVAC systems to identify any malfunctions or issues.
2. Perform accurate repairs and maintenance on HVAC systems to ensure optimal functionality and efficiency.
3. Install new HVAC units and components with meticulous attention to detail and adherence to industry standards.
4. Collaborate with customers to assess their HVAC needs, provide expert advice, and recommend appropriate solutions.
5. Communicate effectively with customers, addressing their questions and concerns in a friendly and professional manner.
6. Maintain accurate records of all service and maintenance activities, including parts used, repairs performed, and recommendations given.
7. Stay updated with industry advancements and best practices, continuously improving your knowledge and skills through training and development opportunities.
8. Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations, ensuring a safe work environment for yourself and your colleagues.
Requirements:
1. High school diploma or equivalent.
2. Proven experience as an HVAC Service Technician, preferably in a similar residential or commercial setting.
3. Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems, including installation, troubleshooting, and repair.
4. Familiarity with a wide range of HVAC equipment, such as air conditioners, furnaces, heat pumps, and ventilation systems.
5. Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints, diagrams, and technical manuals.
6. Excellent problem-solving and diagnostic skills, with the ability to effectively identify and resolve issues.
7. Exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner.
8. Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
