We are currently seeking an experienced HVAC Installer to join our team at Billy Rogers Plumbing Heating and Air Conditioning Inc. As our new HVAC Installer, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining HVAC systems for residential and commercial clients.
You will work alongside a team of skilled professionals who take pride in providing prompt, reliable, and high-quality HVAC services to clients throughout the Dyersburg, Tennessee area.
Responsibilities:
- Install, repair, and maintain HVAC systems and equipment
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and provide solutions to HVAC system issues
- Ensure that work is completed on time and to the highest quality standards
- Provide exceptional customer service when interacting with clients
- Follow all safety protocols and maintain equipment properly
- Communicate effectively with team members and management
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED
- 2+ years of experience installing and maintaining HVAC systems
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints and schematics
- Knowledge of HVAC safety protocols and regulations
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and climb ladders
