Job Description: HVAC Service Technician
Chilton Heating and Air is seeking for a motivated and experienced HVAC Service Technician to join our team in Plainview, Texas. As a family-owned company with 60 years of quality service, we are dedicated to providing our clients with superior heating and cooling solutions.
As a HVAC Service Technician with us, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and repairs on all types of heating and cooling systems. We are looking for an individual who is passionate and committed to providing the best possible service to our clients.
Responsibilities:
-Perform diagnostic tests on heating and cooling systems to identify the root cause of the problems.
-Recommend and provide solutions to the clients on how to improve and optimize their heating and cooling systems.
-Repair, maintain, and install various heating and cooling systems, including air conditioning units, furnaces, heat pumps, and ventilation systems.
-Communicate effectively with clients, providing updates on the status of their repairs and answering any questions they may have.
-Maintain accurate documentation of the work performed on the clients' systems and parts used for invoicing purposes.
Qualifications:
-High school diploma or equivalent required.
-Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
-Minimum of 2 years of experience in HVAC service.
-Knowledge and experience working with heating and cooling systems.
-Ability to work effectively in a team as well as independently with minimal supervision.
-Excellent customer service and communication skills.
