HVAC Installer

Jolly Heating and Air Conditioning is seeking a highly motivated HVAC Installer to join our team in Tuscaloosa, Alabama. Responsibilities:
- Install HVAC equipment, ductwork, and related materials according to installation specifications and applicable codes.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with HVAC systems and make necessary repairs.
- Perform preventative maintenance on HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Complete all necessary paperwork and documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Communicate effectively with customers to address any concerns or questions they may have.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in HVAC installation.
- NATE certification is a plus.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
