Contract overview
This is a placement contract between you and the employer. If the employer hires a candidate you submit, you'll be paid the contract amount.
The payments begin when the candidate starts and are disbursed over time. The contract terms are:
Market price: $5,000 USDEst.

We are an established HVAC company with a long-standing commitment to excellence in heating and air conditioning services. We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced HVAC Service Technician to join our team in Minocqua, Wisconsin.
As an HVAC Service Technician with Quality Heating Inc, you will be responsible for servicing and repairing various HVAC systems, including heating, cooling, ventilation, and refrigeration systems in both residential and commercial settings. Your main goal will be to ensure the continual operation and efficiency of HVAC systems and to provide exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct detailed inspections of HVAC systems to determine the root of problems
- Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on HVAC systems, including replacing parts, fixing leaks, and cleaning coils
- Install new HVAC systems and perform retrofits and upgrades on existing systems
- Educate customers on proper system operations, maintenance, and ways to save on energy costs
- Maintain accurate records of all services performed and prepare reports as needed
- Provide exceptional customer service by actively listening to concerns and providing well-thought-out solutions
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in HVAC service or related field
- Valid EPA certification required
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, including electrical and mechanical components, refrigeration systems, and ductwork
- Must have excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in confined spaces
