Job Description:

Clark Retirement Community is seeking Campus Attendant - Night Shift Security & Cleaning.

Are you a night owl looking for a new opportunity, full or part time? Clark Retirement Community in Grand Rapids is currently seeking Campus Attendants for our senior living communities. The Campus Attendant will be the go-to person for any campus issues or resident questions during the evenings, with assistance from on-call maintenance and leadership as needed. The compensation for this position will start at $16.75 per hour and increase to $17.00 after 90 days.

A Campus Attendant will be responsible for securing the campus by completing door checks, parking lot and building rounds, along with light housekeeping and maintenance tasks. Some of these tasks may include cleaning/restocking public restrooms, cleaning break rooms and offices, using a ride on vacuum or hard surface ride on floor cleaner. Other security checks may include monthly fire extinguisher checks, exit sign checks, running any fire drills, changing batteries in weather radios, etc.

The Campus Attendant will be the point person for any campus issues or resident questions during the evening and night shifts. The person will work with on-call maintenance and leadership if necessary.

Positions Available:

Franklin Campus (Part Time)
Tuesday and Wednesday, 8pm - 8am

Keller Lake (Full Time)
Monday through Thursday, 5:00pm - 12:00am
Friday 5:00pm - 1:30am
