Job Description: HVAC Service Technician
Howington Heating and Cooling is currently seeking a motivated HVAC Service Technician to join our team in Cornelia, Georgia. As an HVAC Service Technician, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers by installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems.
Responsibilities:
- Perform maintenance on various heating and cooling systems
- Diagnose problems and determine the best course of action for repair
- Install and repair various HVAC equipment
- Document all work completed and record any additional recommendations
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management
- Participate in ongoing training to stay up-to-date on industry trends and new technologies
Requirements:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in HVAC service
- EPA Certification
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- High school diploma or equivalent
