Job Description: HVAC Service Technician
City Air Systems, Inc is seeking an experienced HVAC Service Technician to join our team in Corsicana, Texas. As a leading heating and cooling service provider, we are committed to providing top-quality service to our customers and ensuring their satisfaction.
As an HVAC Service Technician, you will be responsible for performing installations, maintenance, and repairs on heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. You will work with a team of professionals to diagnose and resolve technical issues, ensuring that all HVAC systems are running at optimal efficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems, including air conditioning units, furnaces, boilers, and ductwork
- Perform routine maintenance, such as cleaning coils, changing filters, and checking electrical connections
- Troubleshoot and diagnose technical problems with HVAC systems, including identifying and resolving leaks, malfunctions, and other issues
- Test HVAC systems to ensure proper functioning and efficiency
- Communicate with customers to explain technical issues, provide recommendations, and answer any questions they may have
- Follow all safety procedures and adhere to local building codes and regulations
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- 2+ years of experience in HVAC installation, maintenance, and repair
- Knowledge of HVAC systems, wiring diagrams, schematics, and troubleshooting techniques
- Ability to work well in a team environment and communicate effectively with customers
- EPA Universal Certification is preferred
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
