We are looking for a skilled and experienced HVAC Service Technician to join our team at Yates HTG & A/C in Russellville, Arkansas. As an HVAC Service Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in both residential and commercial settings.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine maintenance on HVAC systems
- Diagnose system malfunctions and recommend repairs
- Install and repair HVAC equipment, including air conditioners, furnaces, and boilers
- Perform electrical repairs and replacements as necessary
- Keep accurate records of work completed and materials used
- Communicate effectively with customers and team members
- Follow safety procedures at all times
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of experience in HVAC service and repair
- EPA certification
- Knowledge of electrical systems and HVAC technology
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
