As an HVAC Service Technician with us, you’ll get an opportunity to work with a team of skilled professionals to provide exceptional service to our customers.
What You'll Do:
As an HVAC Service Technician, you’ll be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers by:
- Providing timely and accurate diagnosis, repair, and maintenance services for HVAC systems
- Ensuring that all work is completed in compliance with relevant codes and standards
- Providing excellent customer service by keeping customers informed of the work progress, explaining repairs, and answering any questions.
- Maintaining accurate records of work performed and materials used.
- Maintaining a clean and organized work area and ensuring that all equipment and tools are in good condition.
Who You Are:
To excel in this role, you should have:
- A high school diploma or GED equivalent
- A minimum of three years of experience in HVAC repair, service, and installation
- A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and the ability to diagnose and repair problems
- Strong customer service skills and the ability to communicate clearly with customers
- Good organizational and time management skills.
