Job Description: HVAC Service Technician
We are looking for a professional and experienced HVAC Service Technician to join our team at HARPER REVELL HTG. & AC. This position is located in the beautiful city of Tallahassee, Florida, and the successful candidate will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service as they diagnose, repair, and maintain HVAC systems for our clients.
As a HVAC Service Technician, you will be responsible for:
- Conducting diagnoses on malfunctioning heating, cooling, and ventilation systems
- Completing repairs on HVAC systems, including replacing parts and conducting system upgrades
- Conducting regular maintenance and inspections on HVAC systems
- Providing assistance and support to other technicians when needed
- Maintaining and organizing your own work schedule and paperwork
- Communicating regularly with clients to ensure satisfaction and maintaining high levels of customer service
- Recommending new products and services to clients as necessary
To be successful in this role, you should possess:
- At least three years of experience in servicing HVAC systems (residential and commercial)
- A working knowledge of HVAC diagnostic and repair methodologies
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- The ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- A valid driver's license and a clean driving record
- The ability to lift up to 50lbs and work in various outdoor conditions
