Northern Air Plumbing and Heating of Grand Rapids Inc is seeking an experienced HVAC Installer to join our exceptional team. As our HVAC Installer, you will be responsible for the installation of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in residential and commercial buildings. You will need to have excellent problem-solving skills, a keen eye for detail, and be able to work well under pressure. You will also need to have good communication skills and work collaboratively with other team members.
Responsibilities:
- Installation of a variety of HVAC systems including furnaces, air conditioning units, and heat pumps
- Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and specifications
- Ensure all installations comply with local codes and regulations
- Diagnose HVAC system issues and provide solutions
- Maintain accurate records of all installation and service work performed
- Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a positive relationship with all clients
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Completion of a technical or trade school program in HVAC installation
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in HVAC installation
- Knowledge of safety precautions and protocols when performing installations
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Excellent communication skills to work with clients and other team members
