As an HVAC Service Technician, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers by performing installations, maintenance, and repairs of HVAC systems. You will utilize your knowledge and expertise in diagnosing and troubleshooting problems and finding solutions to ensure that our customers are satisfied with our services.
Responsibilities:
- Perform installations, maintenance, and repairs of HVAC systems
- Diagnose and troubleshoot problems with HVAC systems
- Use your expertise to find solutions to repair or replace damaged components
- Clearly explain the problem and solution to customers in a professional manner
- Document all work performed and parts used accurately for billing purposes
- Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a positive relationship with customers
- Adhere to safety protocols and industry standards
Requirements:
- An EPA certification for handling refrigerants
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and their components
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Great interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- A valid driver's license and clean driving record
