IT Support Specialist
Knute Nelson is currently seeking an experienced IT Support Specialist to join our team in Alexandria. As an IT Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our technology systems and providing technical support to our staff.
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to end users for hardware, software, and network related issues
- Troubleshoot and resolve IT support tickets in a timely manner
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and software
- Assist with the setup and maintenance of IT equipment
- Perform routine system updates and maintenance tasks
- Collaborate with team members to identify and implement IT solutions to improve efficiency and productivity
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an IT Support Specialist or similar role
- Excellent knowledge of computer hardware, software, and network systems
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical users
- Experience with Windows and Mac operating systems
- Knowledge of Active Directory and Microsoft Office 365
