HVAC Service Technician

We are seeking a highly motivated HVAC Service Technician to join our team at Robert G Dent Heating and Air Conditioning. As a service technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing HVAC systems and equipment according to company standards. We are looking for someone who has a strong work ethic, excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and a commitment to providing top-notch customer service.

Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and repair HVAC systems and equipment according to company standards
- Perform routine maintenance on HVAC systems and equipment
- Communicate effectively with customers and explain issues in layman's terms
- Accurately complete paperwork and documentation related to service calls
- Maintain inventory of parts and equipment, and communicate any shortages to office staff
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development, staying up to date with latest technologies and industry trends

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Completion of HVAC training program (Associate's degree in HVAC or equivalent preferred)
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- EPA Universal certification
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
