As the first point of contact for our patients and visitors, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our front desk.

Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or individuals
• Schedule meetings and appointments for healthcare professionals
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including patient information and medical records
• Perform data entry tasks to update and maintain various administrative systems

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in a medical or healthcare setting is preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
• Proficient computer skills, including data entry and knowledge of office software
