Job Description: HVAC Service Technician
Brown's A/C & Heating Repair is seeking a skilled HVAC Service Technician to join our rapidly growing team. As a locally owned and operated business, we take pride in providing top-notch service to our customers throughout Leesville, Louisiana.
As an HVAC Service Technician, you will be responsible for the diagnosis, maintenance, and repair of heating and cooling systems for both residential and commercial customers. You will work closely with our team to ensure that all repairs and installations are completed in a timely and efficient manner.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough inspections of heating and cooling systems to determine issues
- Perform maintenance and repairs on HVAC equipment
- Install and replace HVAC components, such as compressors and motors
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Communicate effectively with customers, team members, and management
- Accurately document all service and repair work performed
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of experience in HVAC service and repair
- EPA and/or NATE certification preferred
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
