About the Position
NEW Zoo & Adventure Park is seeking an Adventure Park Guide to join our team. As an Adventure Park Guide, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a fun and safe experience for our guests at the Adventure Park. You will have the opportunity to interact with visitors, provide guidance on park activities, and assist with the overall operation of the park.
Job Responsibilities
- Assist and guide guests through Adventure Park activities
- Ensure the safety of guests by following all safety guidelines and protocols
- Provide excellent customer service and interact with visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the park
- Support the park operations and contribute to a positive guest experience
Qualifications
- Passionate about outdoor adventure and working with people
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in an outdoor environment and perform physical tasks
- Attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Flexible schedule, including availability on weekends and holidays
- Prior experience in customer service or outdoor recreation is a plus
