Job summary
Ameristar Casino Hotel Kansas City is an entertainment hub in the Midwest. They are seeking a Table Games Supervisor.

Responsibilities include supervising dealers and games.

Job seniority: mid-to-senior level

Responsibilities

• Adhere to guest service standards
• Knowledge in all aspects of the game supervised
• Ensure utilization reports are accurately completed at designated time
• Ensure compliance of company and departmental policies and procedures, Missouri Gaming Regulations, and Internal controls
• Ensure proper inventory of cheques on table games to enable payouts to be made quickly and accurately
• Train and mentor all team members to ensure standards are met
• Complete Player play evaluation sheet at a win or loss of $2,500.00
• Communicate all information regarding section to incoming Floor Supervisor
• Maintenance of equipment within section
• Ensure the integrity of games in assigned section
• Job Tasks must be finished in a timely manner according to department standards

Requirements

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent team member and customer relations skills
• Ability to work any shift or hours
• Able to work in a fast-paced work environment
• Experience as a Table Games Dealer
