Job Summary

We are currently seeking a caring and compassionate Resident Care Associate - Caregiver to join our team at Hampton Oaks Health Campus. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting residents with their daily activities, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and medication management. You will also provide emotional support and companionship to ensure our residents feel comfortable and valued.

Responsibilities

As a Resident Care Associate - Caregiver, your main duties and responsibilities will include:

• Assisting residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Administering medication according to prescribed schedules and documenting any changes or concerns
• Monitoring residents' health and well-being, reporting any significant changes to the nursing staff
• Providing emotional support and companionship to residents
• Assisting in the maintenance of a clean and organized environment for residents

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior experience in a caregiving role preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
• Compassionate and empathetic nature
