Caregiver - Memory Care - FT

Friendship Village Of Tempe is currently seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver to join our Memory Care team. As a caregiver, you will have the rewarding opportunity to provide personalized care and support to our residents with memory impairments.

Responsibilities:

• Assisting residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.

• Providing emotional support and companionship to residents.

• Monitoring residents and reporting any changes in their condition to the nursing staff.

• Assisting with medication reminders and administration, according to state regulations.

• Supporting residents with cognitive exercises and engaging in meaningful activities.

• Assisting with meal preparation and feeding.

• Maintaining a clean and safe environment for residents.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Prior experience working with individuals with memory impairments preferred.

• CPR and First Aid certification.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work effectively in a team.
