Job Description: HVAC Installer
Fontaine HVAC & Solar Energy Services Inc is seeking an experienced and skilled HVAC Installer to join our team in Lewiston, Maine. As a leading provider of HVAC systems and solar energy services, we take pride in delivering quality services to our clients.
As an HVAC Installer, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. This includes ductwork, piping, electrical wiring, and other related components. You'll assist with the installation of new systems, as well as maintain and upgrade existing ones.
In this role, you'll work as part of a team, providing timely and high-quality services. To be successful in this position, you must have strong technical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work well under pressure. Excellent communication and customer service skills are also essential, as you'll be interacting with our clients on a regular basis.
Responsibilities:
- Install, repair, and maintain HVAC systems and related components
- Work as part of a team to deliver timely and high-quality services
- Ensure all work is completed in accordance with company standards and safety guidelines
- Complete paperwork and documentation accurately and in a timely fashion
- Communicate with customers to provide updates and resolve any issues that may arise
- Continuously improve technical skills and knowledge of new technologies
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience as an HVAC Installer
- Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Strong technical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a team environment
- Must be able to lift and carry heavy equipment and work in tight spaces
- Must be willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, as needed
