About the Role

As an Admissions Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a smooth and efficient admissions process for our residents. You will be responsible for assisting with the coordination and completion of all necessary paperwork, ensuring accurate and timely data entry, and providing exceptional customer service to our residents and their families.

Key Responsibilities

- Assisting with the admissions process, including completing paperwork and obtaining necessary signatures
- Conducting interviews with prospective residents and their families to gather relevant information
- Coordinating with various departments to ensure seamless transition for new residents
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date resident records
- Providing exceptional customer service to residents and their families
- Assisting with billing and financial inquiries
- Adhering to all applicable regulations, policies, and procedures

Requirements

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a healthcare or administrative role preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
- Proficient computer skills, including data entry and Microsoft Office
- Weekend availability
