As a Correctional Officer, you will be responsible for the security, care, and direct supervision of inmates/residents in our correctional facility. You will maintain order and security, ensuring the safety of both staff and inmates. Join us in making a positive impact on society and contributing to the public good.

Responsibilities

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Providing for the security, care, and direct supervision of inmates/residents in housing units, at meals, during recreation, on work assignments, and during all other phases of activity
• Maintaining order and discipline within the correctional facility
• Possibly employing weapons or force when necessary to maintain discipline and order

Requirements

You may be a fit for this role if you:

• Have a high school diploma, GED certification, or equivalent
• Hold a valid driver's license
• Demonstrate the ability to complete any required training
• Are available to work any shift
• Are at least 18 years of age
