Job Description:
We are seeking a strategic and innovative Digital Marketing Manager to lead the development and execution of digital marketing campaigns that elevate the Tiffany & Co. brand in the digital landscape. You will be responsible for creating and implementing comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and revenue growth.
As the Digital Marketing Manager, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and optimize digital marketing initiatives across various channels, including social media, email, display, and search. Your expertise will be instrumental in leveraging data and analytics to optimize and measure the effectiveness of digital campaigns, ensuring maximum ROI and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to enhance brand presence and drive customer acquisition and retention
- Plan and execute integrated digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, aligning with brand initiatives and seasonal promotions
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure a seamless and consistent brand experience across all digital touchpoints
- Utilize data-driven insights to identify trends, optimize ad performance, and inform future marketing strategies
- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in digital marketing to continually elevate our digital presence
- Manage digital marketing budget and optimize spending to maximize impact and efficiency
- Analyze campaign performance and present actionable insights to internal stakeholders for continual improvement
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Communications, or a related field; MBA preferred
- Proven experience in digital marketing, including campaign management, content strategy, and performance analysis
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, tools, and best practices
- Demonstrated expertise in utilizing data and analytics to inform strategic decisions and optimize campaign performance
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and work effectively in a cross-functional environment
- Strategic mindset with the ability to think creatively and drive innovative digital marketing initiatives
- Passion for luxury brands and a deep understanding of the evolving digital landscape in the luxury industry
