Grey Stone Health & Rehabilitation Center is seeking a dedicated and friendly Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our facility, the Receptionist plays a vital role in creating a positive and welcoming environment for our residents, visitors, and staff.

Responsibilities:

- Greet and welcome visitors, residents, and staff with a warm and friendly demeanor
- Answer phone calls, route calls to appropriate individuals, and take messages
- Maintain a tidy and organized reception area
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, faxing, and copying
- Coordinate appointments and schedules for residents and staff
- Provide general information to visitors and assist with inquiries
- Monitor and distribute incoming and outgoing mail
- Ensure compliance with all front office procedures and protocols

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role preferred
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite
- Detail-oriented and able to maintain a high level of accuracy
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Must be reliable and punctual
- Compassionate and patient with excellent customer service skills
