Job Description
As a Certified Nursing Aide at Majestic Care, you will be responsible for assisting in the nursing operations of the facility under the direct supervision of the nursing staff. Your duties will include providing high-quality patient care, maintaining a clean and healthy environment, and building rapport with residents and other care team members. You will also need to be familiar with medical terminology and work well in teams.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate:
- Holds a Valid CNA certification
- Provides high-quality patient care under the direction of nursing staff
- Maintains a clean and healthy environment
- Has a compassionate and caring demeanor
- Possesses the ability to build rapport with residents and other care team members
- Is familiar with medical terminology
- Works well in teams
