About the role

Responsibilities

Within your role as a Housekeeper, your responsibilities will include:

• Cleaning and sanitizing resident rooms, bathrooms, and common areas.
• Ensuring that all cleaning supplies and equipment are properly utilized and stored.
• Reporting any maintenance or repair needs to the appropriate staff.
• Adhering to infection control and safety protocols.
• Assisting with laundry and linen services as necessary.

Qualifications

In order to be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

• Previous experience in housekeeping or a similar role.
• Knowledge of cleaning and sanitation practices.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
• Physical stamina to perform required tasks, including lifting and bending.
