Contract overview
This is a placement contract between you and the employer. If the employer hires a candidate you submit, you'll be paid the contract amount.
The payments begin when the candidate starts and are disbursed over time. The contract terms are:
Market price: $6,800 USDEst.
Payment schedule: Paid monthly over 12 months

We're looking for skilled HVAC Installers to join our team and provide the quality installation services our clients have come to know and expect.
As an HVAC Installer at Ascend HVAC, you'll be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in homes, commercial and industrial buildings. You'll be a key part of our team, working closely with our project managers, service technicians, and other HVAC Installers to deliver exceptional results that meet or exceed our clients' expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems according to specifications and safety protocols
- Conduct regular maintenance procedures to ensure optimal system performance and longevity
- Diagnose system malfunctions and recommend appropriate repairs
- Test and balance systems to ensure proper system functioning
- Communicate effectively with project managers and clients to ensure project success
- Travel to different job sites throughout the Salt Lake City area
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in HVAC installation and repair
- EPA certification and a valid driver's license required
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical manuals
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed
