Position: Dietary Aide - Wayfarer Program

We are currently seeking a dedicated Dietary Aide to join our Wayfarer Program team. As a Dietary Aide, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our residents receive nutritious meals that meet their dietary needs.

Responsibilities

As a Dietary Aide, your main responsibilities will include:

• Assisting in the preparation and serving of meals to residents.
• Ensuring that special dietary requirements are met.
• Working closely with the kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization in the dining area.
• Adhering to all food safety and sanitation standards.
• Providing excellent customer service to residents and their families.
• Assisting with inventory control and replenishing supplies.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should have the following qualifications:

• Prior experience in a dietary or food service role is preferred.
• Knowledge of special dietary requirements and restrictions.
